1) Watch the following video to review the differences between chemical and physical changes.

2) Your first task is to predict whether 5 specific changes will be Physical or Chemical changes. Please open the attached Physical vs Chemical Changes Worksheet and fill your answers on there. Save that document to your hard drive. Keep the document open.
3) Once you have filled in your predictions individually, please share your predictions with a partner. You must explain your predictions using what you already know about physical and chemical changes.
Observe:

b) Candle wax melting.
c) A volcano erupting
d) The digestion of food.
